Oh yes I love Pickled Beets and fried Corn with Okra and Pinto Beans and Buttermilk Corn Bread. For Dessert what Bread Pudding. Meats perhaps Fried or Baked Chicken or Meatloaf or Grilled Salmon,Or Salmon patties or Boiled Beef Neckbones (Drained placed in another pan or Roaster to pour homemade Bar-b-que Sauce over place oven bake for 40 min.take out. And cool off.Time to Eat!😊🥰

I just did your sweet potatoes in the microwave with your slurry as I call it of yumminess and I did it for 30 minutes and it came out to me better than in the oven it is so good and taste so fresh thank you I never knew you could put sweet potatoes in the microwave

That squash looks so good. But I wanted to ask about the texture because squash can be mushy so when you cook it does it have the texture of like fried potatoes and onions?

Ms.. Peggy squash makes its own water you don't have to cook it in water cut up your onions put in the pan with your oil and then you sautee your onions and then you put the squash in there and fry it all together, then you don't have to cook it at long I promise you it's great Ms. Ms. Peggy, when you have the time one day just try it...
Wonderful I miss my farm. After my husband passed I moved to town I miss my “free” meal, free because we planted the veggies and raised the animal we ate. Yellow is my favorite color but I never wear it either. And where do you find smoked turkey necks???? We are a farming community and I can’t find them.
I love the squash & onions also. But since you love cooking with sugar, my favorite squash is sliced, lightly dusted with sugar, then cornmeal battered and fried. Yum, you’ll like it.
Ms Paggje my mom use cook her squash the same way boil.. so I stop doing it I cut it up the same as you put it in s skillet season it cut a lot of onions little butter and little oil put on low with top .. you not boil all the nutrients out

Hello! You can buy the COMPLETE SEASONING made by BADIA at most grocery stores. She might be using that. I’ve seen many RU-vid cooks using it. I tried it and it flavors so well. The Indian spice I haven’t tried though. Hope I could help!

I think I’m also trying to figure out what the gold seasoning is also. She and I already use a lot of the same things. But a couple of them I’ve never heard of. Or can’t get a glimpse of it in her videos.

Have you tried one called ORANGE PEPPER???? Also made by BADIA. I follow another cook and his wife named GRich from Jacksonville, FL. He said people love it on chicken. I can only find it on AMAZON so far.
