All I read on the forums is CX is over populated therefore the rates are garbage, too many drivers chasing too few jobs, so is there a reason you are encouraging people to join up or become a courier ?? Your comment about a 17 year old getting a licence and starting as a courier is borderline irresponsible. Having watched a selection of your videos you've clearly failed in the business yourself so why encourage other people when this industry right now is on its ass ?? I've been doing this in various roles for 40 years and the standard of drivers / service is at an all time low.
