sunday reset (feeling tired of being strong) 

hello again,
another little daily vlog for you all! not the most exciting vlog but i find it helpful talking to the camera at the minute, it's helping me get out of bed. i am hurting a lot, and i talk a bit about it all towards the end of the video. i have to believe it will get better, that it will get easier. all you can do is take it minute by minute, do the little things that bring you joy. all my love xxx
