Awesome collaboration and awesome video. I have 10 hour and gonna watch as many of y’all videos as possible. But I agree at certain u need to charge for your knowledge. You put in the work to learn it, plus folks will actually talk it more seriously being invested weather time or money.

Hi Justin, you and I had a consultation about 15 months ago. I went for it and in my first year we did 692 rentals. I'm not new to business but was new to dumpsters in a new city that i just moved to. THANKS!

You guys should consider starting a master mind group. One per territory. Min rev to be a part of it. Have to make it expensive to bring in the serious contributors. I have a background in the finance space so i can certainly help in that arena.

Hey new subscriber here. I’ve been watching your videos for about a week and Justin as well. I know this video is older but to touch on something y’all said about how it’s annoying that people ask questions even though they won’t put in the work to go and watch one of your previous videos that you already made and discussed that topic. I think it’s even more annoying when I watch the video and then read the comments and they ask a question that was in the video they are actually commenting on. It’s like dang man did you have it playing in the background while you were on Pinterest?

Most people underestimate the upfront cost and challenges to legitimately run the dumpster biz. Anyone can finance a maxx d trailer with 3 cans at 12%. Good luck being profitable. I bought a truck built last year took 6 months to upfit (swap loader sl-212). 2 months for cans to be made. Looked into financing. Not easy and sh*ty terms. I paid for it all outright from funds from my other biz. Flexibility is gold. I have been able to cut prices when the guys on loan can’t. Any ripple in the economy will weed out many! Trailers will be 1st to be sold

We are all selling cheeseburgers here. I agree with you, this is a very expensive game if done right and if you are building to go the distance. I think that's the part most guys miss about our industry.... it's very easy to get into, but anything but easy to go the distance. I appreciate you watching.

Yes would be nice to buy a truck and cans right away but most of us don’t have the cash flow for that. Trailers work,cheaper to get into and as long as you build it common rail so you don’t have to sell your bins when you step up to a truck there great. I can ride out the slow times better than a $200,000 loan for a truck. Just my two cents. Happy for you though 👍
