20 seconds in and I’m laughing already 😂Not a friendly gull 😂

Just had a visit to chesil... On my way to Cornwall to see my mum... Left Kent at 3am. Got to abbotsbury at 7am... Fished the ebb and a hour of the flood... Only fished for 3 hours before I had to go. Had one smoothie falling to king prawn... All thanks to the tips n trick I've learnt while watching your videos. Keep it up mate!!!

Great effort Wayne got be in it to win it..I did 10hrs at cougden Sunday week early morning to late evening didn't even see a bite let alone a fish I did notice want any bird action their ether od gull od crow but they were only waiting for me to pack up and go home .I had good baits casted near in far out nault just way goes.. hopefully it pick up next time for you ...al the best ...

A good honest account of how fishing can be. We turn up full of hope and take in the stunning surroundings and atmosphere only to be ground down with a lack of fish. You did look a bit beaten at the end mate, but as we all say "there is always next time" Good effort and still a good watch and laughed a bit when the gull bit the hand that helped it.

Love watching you fish chesil beach, every year in August me and my family go to fresh water holiday park. We always do 5 sessions in the 2 weeks that we are there. Great video again Wayne

A quick look at Marine AIS focusing on Lyme Bay will show you why there are no fish.

I've had 2 blanks 1st week in June wayne, then had another go had smoothies to 7.7lb, eels and dogs. All people I've spoken to are saying the same thing that it's not fishing well. Great effort by you mate, that's all you can do and as they say it's fishing. 👍👍.

I caught a gull on Arbroath harbour wall last year spinning for Mackerel. Thought I'd hooked a monster as the line started peeling off. Nope, pissed off Herring Gull. Got him in, and he was calm as I cut the braid and untangled him. Soon as he was free, he took a chunk out of my hand then shat on my boots lol. They are harcore up my way!

I fished in Spain last summer, 2 rods beach casting for a whole week mostly early mornings or evenings and into the early hours. Never had a bite! The water looked clear, I didn't find one crab in the rock pools. Something is not right in our waters! It was a massive effect and great expense taking all my gear on a family holiday. Won't do that again!

if you fished for mackerel or done some lure fishing you might have caught some bass that would save a blank surely.
