Woke up feeling miserable as it's a rainy day in London. Pandemic, Brexit, US elections have made me feel anxious and fearful. Pushed myself to do this video and now feel so much more nourished and calm. Thank you so much for teaching such a wonderful class. Also, deeply appreciate finding a black yoga teacher who resembles me xx

I just subscribed to your channel. You have a very calming voice and I love the way you actually explain the moves without me having to look up every 2 seconds like other videos that say beginner friendly but they aren’t clear with the moves that’s next. My mind just didn't want to shut up during this whole practice... But I'm so glad I found the time this morning to do this! My goal is to listen to my body more, and to learn how to silence the mind and forget everything else while I do my yoga practice. Your words and encouragement during the whole practice really helps me calm my thoughts and focus on whats important. Thank you!

Not gonna lie! This almost took me out at the 18:00. When you said you should feel the heat I was like “thank god!!!!” I almost got discouraged, but just means I need to continue my practice at my pace. Love love your content!

I just found your channel after struggling for months trying to follow other RU-vid yoga teachers who are good but for some reason I just found it hard to follow and to breathe comfortably. I’m a complete beginner & was getting kinda disheartened thinking yoga wasn’t for me.
