Join me on this relaxing sunset lake walk around a small pond that belongs to my neighbour John. He has spent endless hours over many years creating a beautiful wildlife sanctuary that hosts a great deal of natural wildlife. All shot in stunning 4K along with HD audio recorded in nature at the same location.
The sunset was soft and warm on this spring evening, 25th April 2020 to be exact. The carpet of bluebells is a highlight, along with the flowers that were catching the sun at about 16:30 onwards. Be sure to watch the short clip where the camera is submerged in the lake's outlet at 06:00.
Numerous good-sized carp were seen basking in the sun and are in the early throes of spawning, leaving deep swirls in the lake's surface, drawing the imagination into the deeper, darker water.
I am sure to return to this lake to think about filming high summer and then autumn walks around this little slice of nature's heaven.
