Dearest Jo, I absolutely agree!!! Your hands look so beautiful as you are creating your cards & art work. Your voice is also beautiful & I look forward to your lovely videos!!! ♥️♥️♥️💐💐💐
This is so beautiful Jo. I love your use of colour and your easy to follow tutorials. In addition, your brilliant ideas which inspire me to give it a try! Thank you!💖🌻
It is so nice to watch your videos. They are very educational and I always learn new things, But I enjoy them as you have a great voice and so relaxing. Thank you
I love watching, and listening to you whilst you create. I'm a newbie and only have 3 distress oxides atm, but as I picked carefully, I can now have a go at creating some backgrounds. Without your demonstration I would never have had the courage.
Jo you're such a delight! I love your personality and sense of humor. I feel in better frame of mind when I'm dressed and makeup on as well. This is such a beautiful card. I am so used to filling the whole canvas with color in the background that I didn't realize there wasn''t color in those two spots until you intentionally pointed it out later in the video. My own eyes deceive me!
These cards make my heart sing! Love the colors and love watching you work! Your instructions are so well said and clear. Thank you Jo and hope you are feeling better now!
I have run out of superlative words to describe your creations. Stunning as always. I also love the way you stamp and blend from the side. That has really worked for me.! Take care of yourself. It snowed here today mostly in the mountains and sleet in the valley but we are in a tremendous drought in Utah for years and years and we need all the moisture we can get! Again I just love your work and all your tips have been really helpful.
I am going to use this design in my next monthly tag to the people I minister to. Although I’m going to use more spring light colors because we are having an early spring here. I expect to see robins any day, the starlings and nesting and the buds are already on the trees.
I love watching your tutorials Jo. I sat and watched paused and copied your every step with this one. 1st one not so good but ive cut it down and made it for a smaller topper.2nd one had made it to a final card lol.
New subscriber here from Australia love your videos, starting to go back and watch others. Your instructions are so clear, your voice is lovely to listen to, love your tips about stamping on acetate. Thanks ever so much.
Lovely as ever Jo. It's so nice to see how you do the backgrounds and then the steps to build up your scene. Really enjoyed it, thanks for your time and sharing so much with us all. Stay safe, big hugs 😘😘
Another absolutely beautiful card Jo❣️ Believe me, your videos do really help, thank you. I will definitely have a go. I do hope you continue to get better. I've been left breathless and even more tired than before with this awful virus, and that was 7 months ago, so might take me a while, but I get round to doing them in my own time. I just had a couple of sessions with marbling, and through the stencil too, then went and ruined my favourite one with stamping, and that was in the stamping platform, but enough left for a couple of bookmarks, and tons of the others of course. Take care lovely lady ❤️❤️❤️
As you know Jo I have just discovered you quite recently but I absolutely love all your demos. This is such a stunning design. Thank you for sharing ❤xx
Thanks again Jo. Watch all you videos but must admit Lavinia stamps are my favourite. I think it’s the whimsy. Hope your throat improves quickly. Would hate to think you couldn’t talk. 😂
When I watch these videos I have to buy the stamps if I havent already got them and the ink pads x but I just ordered the full set of Lavinia ink pads today x
Had a lazy afternoon today Jo. Thanks for such a lovely, relaxing tutorial for me to put my feet up in my lazy-boy and watch. Too hot to go out in the garden or conservatory today. Love and hugs as always 🥰🤗
Absolutely love this! I haven’t yet tried to do any..I keep thinking I need to buy the ink, stamp etc that you are using.......I’ve got quite a lot of stamps but haven’t really used them, never seem to have the right one....BUT your suggestion to try it with different colours and stamps is heartening....I may finally pluck up courage to have a go! Thank you
I love the fact that you so real Joe! I would put my lippy on too. I've just bought a pile of Lavinia stamps. There was lots in the clearance section. I'm a seasoned crafter of 20 odd years, but there's always something new to learn, isn't there? Just adorable cards! Thanks so much for sharing! ❤️
Oh wow! This is so beautiful Jo .. I think its my favourite ... thank you so much for shining a bit of sunshine for us in these dark times ...hope ur little throat gets better soon xxx
These are lovely . I’m waiting for mojo who promised me he was leaving the pub ! I’m so sorry about your cough . Perhaps some cough medicine at nite ,maybe an antihistamine ,or a decongestant . Just saying . I’m retired form nursing but it’s still a part of me . Take care hugs to you too .
Janice, thanks so much and yes I am taking night nurse before bed and it is helping a little, honey and lemon is helping too, thanks so much for your advice,,.hugs xx
Stunning card yet again Jo. Thanks so much for taking the time out of your busy day to share your knowledge with us. I have crafted for decades! But always come away with a little crafting nugget to help us all improve our skill set. Take care big hugs 🤗 x
This is lovely Jo. So cheerful, it's going to bring a smile to the recipient's face. Thanks for your easy to follow tutorial. Stay safe and well. Hugs ~ Lena
What a beautiful card, you make it so easy to follow and I like the way you suggest that we use products we already own. There are so many out there that make it seem like we have to buy new products to make each design. Your honesty is so refreshing. I watch your tutorials time and time again, so thank you so much for taking the time to make these videos, they really do make a difference to my day. Hope you feel better soon, Karen 💕
Haha, I was just telling a lady the other day what lovely hands you have and you now mention your hands. Talking about lipstick before doing your videos, I was with an old lady one day and she insisted on putting on her perfume before her photo was taken, lol! Thanks for this gorgeous video, I am learning so much from you Jo :)
Very beautiful Jo, I love watching your amazing talent while you bring colour and stamps to life. I learn so much from you and I could watch your tutorials for hours. I love these gorgeous happy upbeat colours you have used, thank you for all your hard work and inspiration you give to us xx💐😘
Oh wow, I’m loving these cards. I’ve just found your channel and I’m so happy I did, very refreshing and the stamps are so my style, love love love them. I’m only over the pond on the east coast of Ireland, so we’re neighbours. Thank you for doing these and I’m off now to find these stamps.
A beautiful card. I really enjoyed watching how to create the floral scene and also the colouring techniques that you have used. I have watched a lot of your videos and I have learnt so much, your works of art are so inspiring
Hi Jo, I have just discovered you on RU-vid and can't get enough of your tutorials. I particularly love this one and am going to give it a go myself! Can I just ask what type of card you use.... thanks
your enthusiasm is great and simple ideas that can be "expanded" are exactly what a newbie like me needs! Can I make one suggestion? When you refer to other videos etc… it would be great if you could "put a link below", it took me ages to find a previous video you mentioned that was "last year"……. thanks
Thank you so much for your comment, and yes great suggestion...I will try and do that. The truth is that I am a bit of a dinosaur with the I T aspects, but will look it up...xx😀
hello, follow a lot of your videos and love it! Unfortunately, my English is not that good to understand everything, but I was able to find a lot, including material, thanks to the Internet. I just haven't figured it out yet what a great pad you are using. I would be very grateful for an answer. Thank you in advance and I'm always happy about new videos! best regards Gabi
Beautiful images Jo, I do think the un-matted one looks more finished with the black line and squiggles along the bottom of the stamped area. you can't shake that cough can you? Stay safe.. Leah from Australia.
I love them! When you stopped blending the background & did the moon, I thought ok, she will go back & do some more to it, she can’t possibly be leaving it like that! I didn’t really like the background at that stage... but all stamped up- it’s gorgeous & definitely on my “to do” list. How did you do the black straight/squiggly line at the bottom of the colour panel on the one where you used a stencil? I’m glad that your pesky throat isn’t going to slow you down! I do hope you mend soon
Thanks for your comment, and the black line was just drawn by hand , using a black fine liner pen...I just do a sort of squiggle...to keep it natural looking...xx
Hi Trish, sorry for any confusion, this design was created and posted this week, I was referring to a standard panel card which I created last year.... Thanks for watching xx
