To this day I still think that Dongbaek doing the Ruina background change is one of the hypest moments in Limbus.

Notice what dongrang is actually doing in the cutscene before spicebush. He was forcing a distortion on her in a similar way Oswald broke Philip. He knows how they work because of the chicken incident.

I swear Meursault is the funniest Sinner on the account of him being extremely literal, love him. Also, I always roll my eyes at "If a person loses a limb, we'll comfort them." Yeah, I'm sure that person wouldn't choose to get a replacement.

a few things to note, some esoteric mechanics that came up - If, after taking the SP cost of a non-base EGO, the ending Sanity is significantly below 0, there is a chance for EGO Corrosion to replace EGO Awakening. This is what happened to Outis when using Holiday, and you can keep an eye on it by looking at the top left of each EGO card, where it says "(warning sign) To Corrode: %" - If there is ever a moment at turn start or turn end where all sinners are considered "Dead" or "incontrollable", the game counts it as a defeat. If the manager gets to Turn Start and can't issue orders for reasons other than Stagger, the battle is considered lost. With Don having a Dazzled Mind and Outis Fully Bloomed and all others dead, it fulfilled the losing condition at Turn End

While 7 Ryoshu might not be that good for Rupture, she's actually a reaaaaaaaally solid overall unit. Back in Season 2, Mirror Dungeon 2 had a thing where we were forced to grab some 00s along with us - she was always one of them. Her Skill 3 has 3 coins and goes to 19 power, for free, no conditionals, that's nutty. She's just a great clasher and a sooomewhat decent damage dealer for a 00. Also really cool and 7 Association has the best drip in the game, so hey! And yes, her skill 1 being a blunt skill called Slash feels like Ryoshu essentials. Truly the woman refuses to make sense.

Liumael is when the Liu started becoming usable, if only because there's so few burn IDs even now. Not only is she strong in her own right, but her sin distributions is great for her EGOs. Sevenshu is a high clashing damage dealer with bonus support for slash teams. Her rupture infliction is however near-nonexistent so if you wanted to use her for that, UT3 her and put her on the bench for support.

A whole 2 more hours of Limbus hooray 🎉!

I will warn, regarding Canto V, that the "Damage type motif" for it is "Blunt Resist, Pierce Weakness, Slash Neutral", so Liu may not be the best idea for Canto V due to their heavy blunt leans, outside of one or two fights.

I remember fondly fighting spicebush Dongbaek, and every so often going "How could you lose to a flower!?". Yeah, it's rough the first few goes.

I echo the sentiment of sticking to 7 Assosiation. While the difficulty of the fight is higher, it is absolutly doable with "weaker" Teams.

Off to an incredible start on this one! Edit: big agree on the "squad of uniforms and the Ego user" being a really good visual for your team comps, looks very good

fun fact. 7 ryo was one of the most valuable 2 stars because of how the previous md hard worked. 3 stars where expensive and limited so you had to pick more carefully and actually consider. 7ryoshu was uniquely fit for that role because of her high rolls for a 2 star and your need to get trhough the 1st floor with 0 sp .

Unfortunately the thinking and operating only in extremes isn't something purely fictional. Most activists I've seen are like that, preach for one extreme and pretend that everyone not supporting them is the other extreme and memeing on centrists as if they were ignorant fools trying to compromise between these extremes with no room for middle ground.

As fun as extracting is, you should definitely start saving up tickets and lunacy for now/the near future. One or two extractions a day shouldn’t hurt, but in about a month and a half (likely) walpurgischnat will show up again, and you’ll want as much rolls as possible since you can’t box/shard whatever ID/EGO is on the banner during that period. Aka you’ll have to extract them, and sometimes even people with 150 rolls can’t manage to roll the special 000. It also doesn’t help you’re starting to run out of unique 00’s lol. Ultimately though, it’s up to you if you want to save. WN Id’s tend to be pretty powerful if a little gimmicky, but you’ll be fine without them.

The E.Y. bit, where Ryoshu calls Yisang. I think it's intended to sound like "Hey". Because in the korean version, the abbreviation happen to sound like "Uh-Yi"(like "Oi") which is basically Korean version of "Oi" and used in same manner: to catch someone's attention. So Yisang probably didn't even know she was using abbreviations just heard her saying "Oi"

As another commented mentioned, the Season is nearly up, meaning your Shard Boxes from the BP and your EGO Shards in general will be converted to Thread Boxes and Thread respectively. ProjectMoon posted a guide talking about it on their twitter as they usually do for the ending of Seasons. With that out of the way, you have reached one of the peaks of the Canto! Unfortunately, this peak is a boss fight, and a hard one at that. Threadspinning EGOs like you mentioned would be a good shout, definitely, and you should try using them more for this fight too; they're invaluable tools for these fights, the Identities can't carry forever. Pursuance at Threadspin 3(which i'll just say Tier(number) or T#) has doubled healing and also applies Protection; not to mention 6 additional base power for more comfortable clashing. Using this to keep your team topped up would be wise. Holiday would be pretty valuable too, alongside Pursuance, due to its SP healing. You might be able to guess why SP healing would be good here (here's to hoping 7Faust comes along for RepEmitter). At T3, it heals 3 allie for a respectable 20 SP. It also applies a small bit of Dmg Up, but that's situationally good. Ryōshū's Blind Obsession isn't all that useful for 7Ryoshu. Costs Envy too, which would be better used for either Red Eyes or Holiday. Speaking of Red Eyes. At T3, it has some healing, so it's good in emergencies. That healing tho relies on her staggering or killing, making it so that you have to use it on the mob plants. It has 3 Atk Weight tho, so you can work with it reasonably. It also gains more power based on Speed differences and Dmg based on Bind, which you can get in this next section~ Base EGOs aren't something to forget. Meursault's Chains of Others can greatly debuff Dongbaek with bind and atk power down, giving you more chances to win Clashes. Yi Sang's Crow's Eye View can also inflict Atk Power Down, as well as apply Haste for better clashing management (pretty cheap too, tho consumes sloth for Pursuance). Ish's Snagharpoon can apply 6 bind, and its passive can help the Capn win clashes. Heath's Bodysack could be neat, if the plant mobs are counted for its passive, giving him Atk power up and Haste. Hoo boi, that's a lot to digest, I'm sure. I have faith you can figure it out tho~ You've been able to pull through in tougher spots in LC and Ruina. You can definitely make a win happen~

Personally i prefer more challenge in story mode (just in general) and there is only one fight that i can call somewhat challenging (trio). I like when bosses are an actual threat to you.

I want to remind you that when the next season arrives, you won't be able to get blade lineage faust anymore so if you *Really* want blade lineage team you need to get it now

Advice for the latest boss (flowers): Get Fluid Sac faust from the dispense shop. It's the best SP/Healing EGO, and your team naturally fuels her

And for the reason why people don't want to go for a compromise (not necessarily in fiction, but in real life too), it could also be because they don't really care about helping someone or optimizing lifestyle for people. All they care about is their idea, it's like their religion. And if the opposite side violates their idea even a little bit, they'll never see eye to eye. It's not about making things better, it's about making a point and proving that your style of life is the right one. At least, that what I think... 1:24:49 I think Dongrang is just being salty by that point. And earlier, I believe he didn't try to persuade Dongbaek, he really was just mocking her, because - again - he was being salty. Maybe because of what happened to Samjo (not that he cared, but Samjo was a very good worker by all means) or because his plan was getting ruined. Or some old grudge... It seems to me so because of Dongrang's tone shift in all that segment. He's always sarcastic, but now he's mean, more aggressive? It seems he barely controls his emotions.

Hello Foreman. I just wanted to ask if you could record yourself when you go through Mirror Dungeon Season 4 (Which should start 4 weeks after season 4 begins), if you could just record yourself going through it. I'm not asking you to commentate over the whole of every single dungeon, I would simply love to see you deal with new abnormality choice events and boss battles and it seems like a shame to miss out on it. Also, I noticed last video that you have over 400 Outis Shards. Half of those will be converted into thread at the end of the season as well. I would recommend spending it on E.G.O since that lets you strengthen every ID's options. I would recommend Ebony Stem (Good on rupture count application only after one use, rolls pretty highs, and cannot be gotten in the Gacha). It is important to note the Ebony Stem is a HE E.G.O so it cannot be used at the same time Holiday. Your two options for Teth ranked E.G.O are Ya Sunyata Tad Rupam (SP positive, inflicts Lust fragility, able to be obtained in the Gacha) or a piece of season E.G.O found in the current canto you are in that I wont mention by name for spoiler reasons.

Ah yes spice bush dongbaek, one of the two story fights that made me stop playing the story for a good chunk of time to grind exp, ids and thread, we sure do love project moon vertical difficulty spikes

ACK- Once again, I messed up! Okay, there's a lot of Identities and a new EGO for me to catch up on all at once, so let me get through them pronto! Liu Association South Section 4 Ryoshu: A rather decent Liu identity. Values, bu themselves, leave a bit to be desired, but at Uptie 4 especially that can be made up for with conditionals. All Liu IDs have, in some capacity, bonuses to coin Power or Clash Power based on Burn Potency, which on any normal Status Effect would be atrocious... unless it's burn, since the count ticks away so slowly it basically isn't a problem. Now, Ryoshu herself deals no Burn Count, which means you'll need support, but she inflicts a ton of Potency. That, alongside already pretty decent values at base that (while not impressive, can be worked with) means she's reliable. Liu Association South Section 4 Director Rodion: Just like all Liu Association IDs, she gets Coin/Clash Power at UT3 and UT4. Unlike the other Liu IDs, however, she can work just fine without it; At base, her values are all very respectable, with a Skill 3 that rolls a 16 without conditionals and a 20 if you have the Burn Potency conditional. Her Skill 2 also inflicts a generous about of Burn Count, meaning she can help to support Burn last more than a singular turn. Given that fact, her damage output and status maintaining abilities are already pretty good... but she does a bit more. Her S3, Pinpoint Blitz, deals bonus damage equivalent to Burn Potency to a cap of 30. This does not sound like a lot... but it is. 30 extra damage at the cost of 2 Burn Count is very worthwhile as a trade, since while Burn is easy to maintain, cashing it in for immediate damage is rare and only happens in this Identity and one other. Pursuance (Meursault): One of the original 'OP' E.G.O, this one is a very strong clasher and a very potent healer with only one real drawback. It can't heal Meursault himself. That's the big problem with this E.G.O, really, and the only one that's really an issue because it means that if Meursault takes damage.... unless you have another Identity with a healing E.G.O, which are pretty rare to begin with, any damage he takes specifically will be functionally permanent should you not have a healing passive on the docket. Liu Association South Section 4 Ishmael: The original good Liu ID. Just like all Liu Association IDs, she gets Coin/Clash Power at UT3 and UT4, and fun fact was the first one to do it before UT4 was introduced to the game. Anyhow, she has respectable values that are boosted by Potency, and inflicts a decent amount of Burn Count on her S2 and S3, meaning she can help to sustain it with her own kit. Additionally, her S3 has the unique buff of getting Plus Coin Boost on the stagger or defeat , which is effectively a free +1 to Coin Power for the next turn. Timing it is difficult, but if you pull it off, it's very powerful.

I have so much to say that I might rewatch this episode a couple of times to collect all my thoughts, but as of now - Dongbaek. Oh Lord Almighty, THE Dongbaek. As I said it multiple times to my friends "It was not a difficulty spike even, it was a fucking difficulty mount Everest". At first I thought "Finally, some real challenge" but it was not a challenge, it was a big sloppy "fuck you straight up" in the face. It was annoying, frustrating, discouraging, enraging. Edit, as I forgot to point that out: it's not enough that the fight itself is hard and basically goes by "Just don't get hit lmao", but the mechanics of the fight, especially Blooming are basically not explained AT ALL. More than that, I think the one who thought it'll be cool to hide the information about the enemy abilities and not even showing them after a dosen of defeats is a fucking clown and should go bonk themself with Heathcliff's steel bat. I was basically forced to play only luxcavations for a week straight and still the victory was NOT guaranteed. But then when I got to the second phase no hit, when the dueling part started, and when my Spicebush Yi Sang skewered that Creature on his wooden spear, piercing her with his cold glare that was... Satisfactory. And keep in mind, this is only canto 4 :)
