What a drag! Probablemente en mi ignorancia hubiera dicho What a lazy! 🤣😂🤣
Wow, guys. You're helping me out to improve my call center vocabulary. I'm sure that thanks to your videos I'll be able to get a job in call center as soon as possible, I really appreciate it.
Don't scare me like that guys 😤 I was like... where are my guys? Specially my Joshua??? 🤣 But then you appeared. She has a beautiful accent and it was nice seeing another face in the video. But this makes me jealous so much. My sweetheart, he look beautiful from that angle
Hello Daniela This is Emanuel I'm glad you liked our video 😊 Joshua and I are still the owners of Hipronary, we haven't been replaced nor have we disappeared 😂 She's a friend of ours who volunteered to help us on the video. Thanks for your comment.
@Daniela Barrantes Same thing crossed my mind Daniela. I saw a different person in the thumbnail and thought ohhhhh noooooooooo what happened? But then Joshua appeared and I was like... Ok, cool. They simply added another person into the video so that's good. I respect you for being so opened to say what you think. I've read some other comments about you complimenting Joshua and I agree with you. He's a sweet 👍🏻
@Roberto Maurinho Well, he has beautiful eyes. And his personality is a strong point in this channel. He's usually funny when play the roll of customer

Hi guys, I don't know how did I end up here since I'm from Connecticut and I'm an American citizen so I don't need to learn English. But I'm gonna support your channel first because you are really good at this guys but secondly and more importantly because I fell over heels for that Dad Bob. 😍 He's phat and nice. That caramel-colored skin along with those beautiful eyes perhaps are feeble excuses to hit the sub button, but what the hell! Subscribed
Hello Charlotte thanks for your comment 😊 The guy you fell over heels for is Joshua. We do appreciate your support and thanks for subscribing to our channel , in fact more native English speakers have been following us. 😊
Hola saludos Crixx231 soy Emanuel.
I really like your videos co'z you always put a scenarios to make every viewers can pick up what's really happen. It helps me a lot to know more about on how did it works. Thank you😊
Hello there! i like all of your videos and i would like to work in a call center but i think is so difficult to understand native English speakers, i mean their accents and their idioms, they are not gonna have patient, of my English listening or my English level. and that is the reason what i am watching your channel and your expresions, greeting from the ugly Colombia country hahaha.
We really appreciate your comment. Keep listening as much as you can so you get to enhance your listening skills, then you'll realize it's not as hard as it seems.
So do I . Today I had an interview phone call for a call center job, but I was no required because of my english level. That's why I am here. Saludos desde Monterrey, México!
I am working in a call center as Tech support representative and it´s really difficult to transfer sup calls. It´s weird and I hope this video teach how to take a sup call.
Teachers need to increase the number of expressions and slangs in English classes to make students capable of holding a chat with native speakers. However what is useful in the States May not work in England or South Africa! Every of these places have different expressions. A fan from Colombia South America!
Guys you scare the hell out of me when I didn't see you in the beginning of the video. I mean it's always nice to see a new face but when I didn't see you I thought the worst. Excellent video guys
Thanks for your care about us. Nothing wrong has gone down to us, we're safe it's just that we had the pleasure of having a new member who is a friend of ours and volunteered to help us on this video. Thanks for your comment and great support. 😊
This video speaks out of reality. I got asshole customers like that no matter how i explained to them lol getting a supervisor you're wasting your time lol when the queue for supcall takes 10 mins HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
😊 Well, Juana. Not only I appreciate that you took the time to drop a comment, but also I will highlight the meaning it has for me... It means the world to me reading this. It does draw a smile on my face. Thanks a million Juana ❤️💪🏾
Guys the video was awesome, the native speaker added an extraordinary element. My only complaint is that I prefer when Joshua plays the customer role since he's such a badass demanding things. 😂
Thanks for dropping a comment Karen, this is Emanuel He's the best when he plays the customer's role but this time around we switched roles to create a different perspective of the scenario.
@Karen La belleza en persona Sometimes they have to change the role, but I am with you. He's so funny when demanding things, plus he's a cutie when speaking using slangs. He's not the same when he speaks formal
@@HipronarySchool Hipronary it's OK, it's a good thing and recommendable to interchange your characters and roles from time to time. You're awesome the way you are
