The most elegant solution I have seen to date! I transferred and graded 16 and 35mm pos and neg film for 15 years using the Bauch FDL 60 system. There was an optional Super 8 gate available for that Telecine Chain, but unfortunately our company did not own one, shame!
Hello! The system is synched in the following way: You work with 16,66 fps - 16,66 x 3 (3 shutter blade) = 50 (frequency PAL) We also provide the possibility to build in a 2 shutter blade: 25 fps x 2 = 50 (frequency)
A bit of well aged promo video and I'm not sure if FILM-DIGITAL still curate it but here is my question: " How does this sophisticated system deals with " Film- Shrinkage " or damaged perforages?
Shrinkage or damaged perforation is an important question. The more damages you have, the more you should think about using a system without claws. But these systems are much more expensive. Our system copes with damages / shrinkage as good as the projector itself. That´s one of the reasons why we decided mainly to modify Bauer projectors. They have the best film transportation.
that's amazing I made my first short movies on 16mm and quality of the transfer was quite bad 15 years ago, do you have a website with pricing per roll/foot ? Danke
we don´t have, but you can ask for an inquiry at info@film-digital.de Just tell us the amount of rolls/foot and the format you wish. We offer eg 5K, 4K, 2K, Full HD, in ProRes 4:2:2, mkv, Tiff/DPX - whatever you want to.
Hallo, bei youtube gar nicht, da die Filme dort stark komprimiert werden. Schreib am besten eine Mail an info@film-digital.de, dann sende ich ein Beispiel über Dropbox. Viele Grüße, Ulrike Schmidt
@@film-digital2129 Sorry I misunderstood your article at first I thought you were just selling the camera and other equipment to attach to a projector.
