I got 82 and 82 the same but still vibration

As long as you measured right, that will not cause a vibration. That being said in order to measure 82 and 82 you must have had the driveshaft out correct? Otherwise there is not enough space to use the gauge that way. Also be sure that the Gauge is perfectly up and down as you can change the measurement by rotation. If you are sure you measured right then something else is causing the noise. Could be bad universal, could be tire noise, could be diff, could be transfer case sticking on.
