Awesome vid and thanks. Everyone is saying turn the tapered lift block backwards…..what is backwards?? Thin side forward or thick side forward?? I’m guessing thin side forward. Let me know and thanks👍
Thanks for sharing 👍 ❤it. I ask earlier about the elantra electric steering problems. Why steering EPS light comes on. My wife said she was at a drive true and the steering wheel turn 360 degrees and the front wheels did not turn. Your explanation is spot on.thanks must. I think I can fix it...💯👍👍👍
Good explanation. It's also very important when removing or servicing a driveshaft that it stays in "phase" If you pull out the spline and stick it back wrong you'll get vibrations in all cases because the joint yokes need to match front and back.
Well folks I would have not believed unless I test drove one, and bought one. I have a 2024 gmc with the 2.7 and I absolutely love it. All I ask is drive one b4 ya belittle it.
All right all these RU-vid videos about squeaking and squealing brakes need to not have a constant squeaking or squealing in the background of their video oh my goodness!
The old ones i bash out with a socket and a sledge. The new ones i really clean up where they go in. I take fine sand paper and brake cleaner until its sparkly clean. Then i take a dab of machine oil and wipe it on with my finger. Destroyed too many ujoints and learned the lesson.
Troubleshooting my son's 2013 Elantra, I was getting ready to replace the rack before I saw your video. Now i'm going to take a second look before replacing that rack. Thanks for your advice.
Thanks for the tutorial. It would have been cool to see how the 3 screws were taken off with 2 hands🤔😁 Direct and to the point, really appreciate that👍🏾
I wish I had seen you do the actual drop. I’m all set to do it. It would just be nice to know how to pull the nuts off the bolts. Are you physically propping it up? You can't pull a nut off with stressing anything remaining. PS your vid was well done and I learned a lot.
I can not get the 14mm bolt loose from the bottom on my new engine. Is it reverse thread or something? Is it just extra tight? It will not loosen and I am afraid I will break it.
I sell a lot of this stuff, and we guarantee no squealing for two years after the brake job. It doesn’t last forever, but if you let it soak in real well when you’re treating the pads it’ll last a long time
