For those at home, don't put that grease down the drain! Kev is at an industrial kitchen where they have what's called "a grease trap" which our kitchens don't have.. Banger dish as always those ppl are lucky i always say it
@@wm1573 not enough to hold a pound and change of grease. That's what I'm saying. It will pool at the bottom no matter what. Or be at the top of the sauce and a very oily.
I DID NOT expect to watch the entire 7 minutes of this video. But the way Kev talks and how he makes his videos is just too easy to get lost in 🔥 another beauty Kev
Nice! This guy would be awesome to just sit and chat with while hes cooking....and even eat with him afterward....He looks like he has some great stories!
if you're at home that is a very impresive kitchen setup you got there, you have the ultimate setup better than some restaurants. and wow the food looks amazing wish i had some rite now
I always say that our job as cooks is to make something amazing for someone else and we get to try the scraps lol, looks delicious, and im gonna use your method of submerging the pasta to shock it, thank you for your amazing videos, and for teaching me something new
That spaghetti trick, like draining the grease from the meat, is only really necessary when cooking this quantity. If you’re cooking a small serving, it’s still best to leave all of that flavor 👍🏻
Shocking it????lol he’s washing off all the natural starch in the pasta and its flavor. That’s the worst thing a cook can do. Never ever rinse your pasta under water….. would you rinse barbecue in water after it’s cooked?????lol stupid people doing stupid things
You’re the best Kev thanks for showing the Mexican culture so much love it means the world. You will make it through this and I will keep watching your videos.
not gonna say anything crazy like "i would eat of all that" but i would definitely make an effort. pasta and meat sauce is one of my absolute favorite meals. Love the content Kevmo. Good luck with everything my dude.
I love your wonderfully delicious meals, your easy going conversation, and how comfortable you are with yourself. It'd be a pleasure to share a meal with you.
@@joshlewis575 course there is.look at the depth of it? Not that I am particularly zoned on this but he did say he made alternative meals. Maybe there was some dietary differences,we don’t know
@@uglenddalejones2 I'm sure there are likely vegetarians/ vegan students or just students who avoid carbs who he knows won't eat this meal thus why he said he has alternate meals also :)
Great job. Will be giving this a try and the only change I’d make is not cooking the top layer of cheese golden brown. I personally prefer it ooey gooey
This looks really tasty, I'll just dial it back for my wife and kids. I think I'll add some pepperoni to it...don't know why, just sounds good in my head lol
Hell ya bro! 🎉🎉🎉....im a huge fan of extra ladle of sauce over the top at the end so thats the only thing i would add to this dish. Excellent video sir 🤘
Ok so it looks extremely delicious! This would be a fabulous dinner party entree! With a green salad, garlic bread and maybe a nice summer veggie sauté. If there were more time the only addition I’d make is sautéed onion cooked w/ the meat and a béchamel w/ parm to ladle over the whole thing before adding the last layer of mozz.
This the same way I make my baked spaghetti except I add red n green peppers, onion and I like Cajun seasonings and cayenne to give it a little spice but for a basic cheesy spaghetti this was really good!
