Same. I do 550 on a pizza stone but the stone needs like an hr to heat up first. Cooks in about 8 min. I normally transfer it using parchment and the back side of a cookie sheet. I remove the parchment after dough stops sticking to it. At 800 parchment might catch fire lol.
Air fryers are an incredible invention. You can make a convection oven as small as you need it, and add a stone to the bottom whenever you want it... I've seen some 1000 degree pizza ovens, but none of them give the convenience of this example.
Duuuude wtf these pizzas just kept getting better and better! The second one I was like OK that’s gotta be the best one can’t be topped and then you make the pizza sandwich. Masterpiece.
I used to work at a pizza places years and years ago. We had a couple that would order her pizza with no sauce, mozzarella cheese and I think fresh mushrooms with bell peppers. I thought it was odd at first. Then I made myself a pizza with no sauce, Italian sausage and fresh mushrooms. Sometimes I would make it and slice it like bread sticks. It was delicious either way. Watching you make pizza reminded me of that.

Not sure if he will ever respond, but a pretty solid homemade sauce is just buy some organic crushed tomatoes and put it in a blender if you want it smooth, then add sea salt, oregano, thyme, garlic - and onion powder, black pepper and some crushed red pepper flakes. If you want add a little bit of sugar to cut the acidity unless you want it.
Here's one for Ya'll to try.. (Jalapeno Popper Pizza) > start with Olive Oil, then Smoked Cream Cheese, sliced pickled Jalapenos, crumbled Bacon, top with Sharp Cheddar Cheese. I promise you won't only make it once!🍕 Thanks Kev for all you do!😊

Aloha, Give Delallo mix a try, come with a yeast pack. Sit 45min, cut sizes, let the hands do the work. Great taste!!! I sold on this small pizza oven. I've been using a airfryer with 450 degrees, not bad! I add a brush of olive oil to the sides for a brown or burn crust sides. Btw don't forget the pine apples best fresh. Ok, I saw this pizza oven the other night and thought it was another hack that’ll be sitting in a cabinet somewhere. NOW after seeing this, I’m getting this Piezano! You should work for them!
My sister bought one and i have used it several times and i really love the flavor it adds to the pizza. So much better than the regular oven. I prefer a bit of char on the crust so i set the bottom to 800 and the top to 600. Gives the char i want on the bottom without burning the toppings.

Try honey on that second pizza! And sautéed mushrooms 😍 and some chilli oil. It’s otherworldly!! The honey and the chilli oil just takes it to another level.
