Wooooooow... Not a very big fan of matcha and will alternate it with choco.. hehhehe

Great pudding combination with matcha

Matcha has Vitamin C. Vit C looses efficacy when boiled though. I suggest to just dissolve matcha on warm (not boiling) milk/water then put in the mixture. 😊

So its more of a matcha jello
