I don't buy bread anymore try this quick & simple recipe 

ingredients:
200ml milk
1tsp yeast
2tbsp sugar
1egg
30g butter
3cups all-purpose flour
let the dough rise for 1hour or until double the size.
bread filling:
4oz cream cheese
1tbsp sugar
cheddar cheese
bake it for 30minutes at 180°F
