@@lalotimeactually in the remaster theres a new noise. I know what you are referring to but im replaying 1 remastered right now. The other night i could hear songbirds screech. Its very faint, and at first it sounds like its just rapture itself making creaking noises but if you stick around in the area it plays over and over again. It was definitely the same noise songbird would make. Wish i could remember where i heard it though, my memory is awful. It was after the cohen level, i think before you get on the bathyphere.
I think it's the guy in the bed standing up for some reason and that's his reflection because the moment it's gone he is laying down all of a sudden but when the shadow was there he wasn't
unreal engine do things like this to save memory, it load model when its needed, the model was standing in position (default) but then the animation (lying down) was loaded 0,5 sec later and here comes your "ghost", nothing more
That was my exact thoughts until i came to the battle with the gost of lady comstock and all of that different dimentions thing with a lot of gore and screaming, then it became true bioshock by it's essence, in the final third of the game
