These Italian beef cutlets are a staple in our household. Similar to chicken cutlets, they are super crispy, flavorful, and tender. They make a wonderful sandwich, but are also amazing with pasta, rice, potatoes....basically anything! They are very versatile, freeze well, and are super easy to make.
