Really like this quilt pattern! It is such a great project for picking up and working on without having to figure out where you left off. Love the simplicity of the pattern, as well as the colorful hand-stiched leaves. This will be a beautiful quilt when the leaves are made with a lot of colorful fabric scraps. Very nice, Beth! Great job, Beth. I love that quilt. I always have background fabrics since I have several bolts so this would be great scrap buster with all the multicolored leaves. Thanks for the great videos. Really nice and it’s going on our three week trip this May so I’m getting my pieces ready now. Just wondering how wide did you cut the striped fabric? It appears to be about half the size of the leaf panel? Also, I’d love it if you would do a detailed video of how you make that long bias strip it’s a little confusing in my brain 🤯🤔Thanks, love your ideas and videos.

It would have been helpful to know how much fabric was used ( I know it was a sheet) and how exactly you folded it (bias ) to get the long continuous bias strip. Tried figuring this out by watching what you where doing but there was to much flip flopping of the fabric.

yes...that was hard to film. The idea is to fold on the diagonal. I did not need much fabric..but I did need it to be about 45" wide if I want a longer strip/vine. Of course.....I can always JOIN the strips to make them long enough for my project.
