This cream cheese/ whipped cream mix has opened up a plethora of dessert ideas for me. Why didn’t I think of it. But this stuffed strawberry recipe ( yes, dipped in chocolate; half ghirrardelli 72% and half semi sweet chocolate chips not melting chips) are SO GOOD! I’ve been making them for a year now whenever I can find red, juicy strawberries (which is almost year round here in Georgia).😊 Thanks so much for introducing me to one of my favorite desserts.

I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this concept and recipe!!!! Do you have any other “fresh” appetizers like this?! I NEVER see fruit apps. (They’re usually just a platter of asst. fruits). Appetizers are always the same old boring, savory, fattening and heavy ones!!
Thank you so much! I find that making them too far in advance causes the berries to lose flavor and weep a bit. My suggestion is to make the filling the filling the day before and assemble the day of. :)
When I make whipped cream, I put the bowl in my empty sink and turn on the beater. The sink catches all the flying drops of cream and is easy to clean up.
First the ode to the poor neglected but pretty looking mixer in the back just cracks me up 😅. Second I will dividing your recipe and maybe making 1/3 rd. Just enough for little treats in the fridge for 2 people. TIA
