Disclaimer: I did not upload this video so that people could steal clothes! This is to help people rectify a similar situation that I dealt with without having to go back to the store.

Thank you so much! I bought a pajama set about 6 months ago, and the security tag was never removed. I guess you can tell that I HATE to return anything!! Finally, I can wear my Nautica PJ's!! Thanks again!!!

Thank you!!! This was the first video that simply showed how to take the tag off within a few minutes. I looked at six other videos before yours and had almost resigned myself to having to take a trip back to the store to get the tag removed. Your video was clear and concise without any dramatics. I just got my shirt and the cashier didn't even take off the tag so I watched this video to see how to take it off instead of me using fork I used a nail clipper but yet I still have to thank you for it☺️

100% true! I tried it, covered my clothes in case of the ink, but it did not spill. Thank you! I bought some jeans in my hometown then left back to school, did not see the tag till I got here.

Put the top in a freezer bag and bag the tag separately . Put in the freezer overnight and pop the metal pin has contracted so much it loses its grip. 3 bags.

The fork didn’t work for me cause it was too tight but a butter knife worked to pry it up

Not all stores have the alarms, kohl's does and if it goes off go take them off! Don't go home lol

Just take a magnet of any kind and put it on the round part. I just ordered 2 pairs of jeans and a jacket I don't drive due to an illness of course it's me and they had to leave the security locks on🤦‍♀️. I have the receipt showing they came like that but I can't make it to the store. I want to wear them for Thanksgiving. Thank you for your help and I'll try the magnet trick also. 🤗
