There's also a Taiwanese knockoff PC(MS-DOS) game called Super Fighter, as well as the Famicom game Street Heroes by Sachen.

Guile and Blanka did have a connection in the cartoon, funnily enough. Since for some strange reason, the cartoon and live-action movie merged the characters of Charlie Nash (Guile's old soldier buddy who was killed by Bison in the games) and Blanka together into one character.
