Oh yeah! XD As Johnny said, it's horse shit, and Matt was right to call that play Kaizo, even if the guys didn't realize it was their positioning that made it happen! Then we got Greg just laughing his ass off at the insanity.
In single player, Sonic Superstars is one of the Classic Sonic games of all time. In multiplayer, it's a goddamn train wreck, and with SGB behind the wheel, it's a glorious train wreck
@@Huckmon365And the funniest part is that Wonder sees this issue and made the co-op better since your team up don't screw you over and you don't get killed offscreen.
I swear, I have never heard Elliot get this angry before in all the time I have watched SGB and after seeing this i don't blame him. This could be as close to what he felt during the fusion core frenzy.
Did you not watch the Super Mario 3D World playthrough? Matt was pissing Elliot off to no end! Particularly during the parts where Sabrina had to leave town
@@esmooth919 Oh don't worry I did, but this here just seemed like he was just fed up with the game from the start. Also Troll toad has his ways of pissing everyone off.
25:36 was great with how panicked and confused Johnny was when he shouted "What the fuck!?" about getting squished all of a sudden when he got pushed back. XD
Dunno if it's the best place to bring it up, but after the BSC run of this game I don't wanna see another one of its special stages ever again. The game itself is cool, the special stages give me PTSD.
I still believe the camera focuses on whoever is closest to the end on like a flat X axis. Because there’s no other way you can explain why the camera is so scuffed
I was initialy hyped by this game... Then I started playing it, and by the SECOND zone I was like "I don't wanna continue anymore, and never passed whatever Tropical Jungle is the real name of the second level. And then I see this, and I laughed so hard at how bad this look in multiplayer, and I remember I got issues with activating the Emerald power ups anyway. Ouh boy, gonna watch Johnny's review and call it a day honestly, but thanks for this highlight. it is worth rewatching =)
I still play this game daily (it’s just comfort food for me I really did love this game haha!) but I’m excited to see how much the gang melts down over the multiplayer for this I swear it’s like traditional crash bandicoot with 4 players Wait that sounds like it could work
Yeah. This game's main campaign will always be fun for me personally, but the other aspects I'm not entirely big on. Except the Battle Mode. I actually kind of like it. I can't say much about the multiplayer because I haven't experienced it myself, but it looks like a hilariously chaotic disaster.
@@DADA-yt1pt oh my gosh me too! I actually really liked the battle mode mainly because it had Lego levels and I get to make metal nights so it’s perfect for me :] And I did play a bit of the multiplayer with friends! With 2 players it’s actually surprisingly really good! With 3 you’re pushing it but it’s still playable 4…. *4….*
This playthrough made Elliot realize he hates his brother for liking Sonic. Because i never, NEVER seen him gey this upset. Hell even when they did the mario Maker "Patience" level did he not get this mad.
Honestly, having played single player, it is much different, and honestly if they took a little more time i believe that it would have been a perfect game, it and frontiers are on the right track to revive sonics career
Nice try Johnny, but Sonic Superstar isn't great, only good, so Super Mario Bros. Wonder the best than Sonic Superstar because they didn't patch it or skipped it on the next new Sonic game. So, Super Mario Bros. Wonder better than Sonic Superstar single player, yes, but pour idea for local multiple players on a glitch mess.
Fuck this game. If you know me on my own Twitter, you know my deep hatred against this game. That game was so fucking disappointing that I have no choice but to block Sega & Sonic Team on all my accounts. It's that fucking bad on me. I HATED SEGA! Can you see why Freedom Planet 2 did so much better in terms of everything? Even WhatCulture Gaming knows that in one subject of "10 Times Video Game Spiritual Successors Were Better Than Official Sequels". You know something's wrong when indie games does what officials don't.
