This is my beautiful super green spaghetti - a wonderful dish that's so simple to make! All you need is spaghetti, garlic, cheese, and some dark greens - I'm using cavolo nero but you can use any kind of cabbage! A great reminder that you don't need complexity to create flavour in your dishes. Go on, give it a go!

@@eveeAndO I just blend avocado in the nutribullet (or whatever you have) with garlic, parsley and pasta water and then add Parmesan at the end :) xx

In Italian...or Italian American? 2 ounces of pasta is considered a serving....so 2 servings is about 113 grams...thats not including the sauce and other ingredients
