May I ask is this not too salty? I noticed none of the sal was drained from the red cabbage. Actually how much salt was added to red cabbage & the other veggies before mixing together? Thk u

Goes beautifully with Chicken schnitzel, Any fish, added to a pita pocket with lamb/beef/chicken. Add hummus, babaganoush, or yogurt, etc. We eat it on the side of any rice dish also. You can add some of it to a regular salad, add it to falafel, use it as you normally would slaw, toss it on a gyro, use ginger instead of radish, add a little sesame oil, a but of sugar and eat it with any Asian meal. Add tomatoes, cucumbers, kale, etc and transform it to a larger salad. It’s endless! Vibrant, healthy flavor and crunch complements almost anything!
