I have been canvassing/interviewing attorneys all across Colorado to take an ADA discrimination case, and I am not impressed. I can't find one with the balls to take on a large corporation, or I feel has the backbone to stand up for the little man. My case is solid with evidence and testimony. Is it a multi-million dollar case? Probably not. HOWEVER, with punitive damages toward a company with a history of discrimination (latest 5 mill awarded for discrimination case), it could potentially be significant. I digress. If I was talking about you, I would have said your name. Fact is, many plaintiff-side employment firms basically just file EEOC charges and settle cases for peanuts. Of course some cases should settle. But not all settlements are good settlements.
