yeah...i kinda agree YoshiFawful bacause i watched WRTP's playthrough of SM3DW. They had one video for captain toad and mystery house and 2 videos for champions road (one was a censored version, one was uncensored. They're usually a kid-friendly channel)

TackyRackyComixNEO I knew how big this LP was going to be originaly because i've played SM3DW myself. The problem isn't the length of the game. The problem is that we/will have 40 videos with about enough good content to fill about 12 videos.
I'll admit, I started to play the game around when it came out and stopped shortly after I beat World 1 (meant to go back to it, but life got in the way and then Smash became permanently a part of my Wii U). So I guess I just kinda assumed the length based on older Mario games. Maybe more of the issue comes in with how most of the bonus levels are just slightly harder reskins of older levels, which doesn't really make for the most novel of stuff to watch.
TackyRackyComixNEO while true that the bonus worlds recycling of older levels' mechanics does hurt these videos, it's not the main reason for the decline in entertainment from TRG i think it's the commentators themselves kind of retreading old ground a bit. Like... Masae wasn't the second coming of Michael Jackson I and others thought she would be.
With Masae saying "Frick", Tim's gangster awesomeness, Chugga's day dreaming and Jon's cheeky asshole-ness I see these people as the cast of Scrubs Chugga Dorian, Dr Proton Cox, Christopher Tim & Elliot Anela

Captain Toad's fiery finale is actually *the* finale. Treasure Tracker's ending goes right into the 3D world intro. That's why there are fireworks in there.
TRG taking 15 minutes on a Captain Toad stage and losing hundreds of lives in the process before actually getting to the hard and excruciating levels..? Tradition has taken its course.... once again... Also, 50 points for that EmilexMasae moment at the end, adding another 30 for Jon's third wheel, and another 40 for Chugga's alternate epic NO!!
Judging on how they handled the captain toad level, I say two or three game overs if they keep fighting for points in champion's road. And the mystery house will be just as long as they keep butting heads for the stars. So yeah, can't wait to see the chaotic entertainment. :3
Am I the only one who EVERY SINGLE time that they say the word "tiny" starts to sing "We're tiny! We're Timmy! We're all a little loon(e)y!..." in their head XD??
I gotta say, 20:05-21:00 never fails to make me laugh. Every time I see that part, I just start laughing my head off at the rest of TRG freaking out over Emile using the bathroom and leaving the door open, and by the end, I have tears in my eyes. It's pure gold. Let's also not forget about that moment at 25:51 too! That one also gets me so much no matter how many times I watch this.
This was the most awkward episode they've done so far. Masae needs to be here more. Her and Chugga in the same room means a lot of weird things end up happening for some odd reason. I can't figure out why :P
Using the gamepad touch screen, repetitively tap the piranha plant to kill it (as a bonus, use it also to collect the coins it drops after killing it) Made completing the level SO much less of a hassle
With the video this length, I was expecting the boss rush and the mystery house marathon. Was not expecting about 60% of the video to be the Captain Toad level.
"I wonder if there are Treasure Tracker levels that get this hard..." Past Chugga, and possibly present Chugga, just wait until you get to Mummy-Me Maze Forever...

My theory about the Bossblob is that the red one is made of strands of saffron, which is potentially worth more than gold, but it depends on the quality. I might be just thinking too much, though.
About the juggling with the first boss you took on in the boss rush, if you have like peach with a tunki suit you can keep bouncing on one as unit it gose down: you bounce onto the next one and keep bouncing untill they fall: keep doing that untill they die
I played 3D World all alone and I have everything. I just connected all the controllers I have before I finish the stage and make everyone jump on the flag.
I find it really hilarious that I thought the majority (or all of the video) was going to be them stuck on the boss rush but to find out that ironically they were stuck on the captain toad stage which is suppose to be the easiest level out of the last remaining levels they had! Classic! Sigh...its kind of sad that this series is nearing its end but all good things do end I guess.
