***** Well the BLJ basically builds up so much speed in order to break the physics of the game and clip mario through walls/doors. So if you BLJ long enough before you get up, you will build up so much speed that you will still be going fast enough to clip through walls when you get up to Bowser. Whereas doing it correctly, you won't have enough speed to clip anymore.
