Super Mario Bros. - Castle (Remix) 

Damn. If Bowser's Castle were to ever become a stage in Smash Bros, this would fit FLAWLESSLY as a song on that stage. Excellently done!

This is what Bowser's castle theme would sound like, if not limited by the Nintendo's 8-Bit music processor. This is what the Super Mario 1 music composer Koji Kondo was ultimately aiming for when he made this music. It reminds me of Super Mario World's final boss in a sense, cuz it has the sinister guitar sound & orchestral strings that reminds me of the horror's of encountering Bowser as the final boss. Good job on this remix. I hope Nintendo discovers you & considers you to compose music for the next Mario game just like Sega did with Tee Lopes for Sonic Mania.

Oh. This theme fits nicely for Doom WAD level and music. Good theme against cyberdemons and spiderdemons.

Bowser will be more evil with this kind of background music. It will be on par on Megaman 3 5th and 6th stage music of WIly's Base theme.

This is better as a boss theme than a castle theme, so well done!

I'd absolutely love an extended version of this. It would fit perfect for some of my gameplaying. Otherwise, i'd have to keep starting the music video over and over again.

@Slntpsych I may go back and rework this somewhat in the future. There are some things about it I don't like (particularly the cymbals mid-rep and overdriven guitar, thought I'd have to work on something else for that segment). I'll experiment with it some when I get around to it.

Makes me think if some of the castles were remade into classic DOOM levels and the music was made for that. This is a good thing.

Really good, like how the drums bring a groove into the song. Only things are the tone of the bass drum isn't the best (probably needs more highs and less reverb) and the midi sounding guitar is a bit of an odd choice. It would be really cool to have a distorted guitar hold out those chords.
