I was over my friend Rob's house fighting Bowser in Super Mario Galaxy, with this theme playing. Everyone else in the room had art supplies & were doing art. Sean said: "I feel like I'm writing the 10 commandments!"
I hate how every comment I see in a bowser theme music video is "this should be in a different game". It's so annoying this is clearly meant for bowser battles.
Wilben It’s Bowser’s drunken uncle. He and Yoshi actually helped evade taxes and crashed entire banking systems using emojis as passwords and actually CAUSED the market crash of 2008. Interesting, huh?
2nd Best Bowser theme ever only second to the final boss battle theme from this very same game. The word "epic" is so overused this days that it has lost it's meaning, but THIS IS the definition of epic. And it doesn't end here. The final battle theme continues on the epicness.
Super Mario Galaxy games have the best soundtrack I have ever heard in videogames! The nostalgia is hitting me pretty hard in the feels right now! **sniff**
As much as I love this song in Mario Galaxy, can anyone else agree that this would fit perfectly in a Legend of Zelda game? Because I could totally see Link and Ganondorf fighting with this in the background.
This is why Super Mario Galaxy is my favorite game of all time. The music and opera singers are what really makes this game stand out! And I absolutely love it! 😊
Mario galaxy is by far and always will be the best Mario game in history. You have the epic battles the intense music and a great story line and it’s in space. Still waiting for Mario galaxy 3
Yiorgos Sahamis I have no idea. I guess they were too busy with trying to put in as much content as possible, but I guess they forgot about this awesome soundtrack...
In hindsight, I'm convinced that if someone reuploaded this track with a Dark Souls I or II screenshot and said it was associated with one of the boss fights, they'd get away with it. The first time I heard this, I had a hard time believing I was about to fight a big cartoony lizard - the track's just way too epic for its own good! :D
Plumber of the Caribbean : The curse of black mushroom Plumber of the Caribbean : Dead Koopa Block Plumber of the Caribbean : At Kingdom End Plumber of the Caribbean : A Mansion Tide (I do that because this song remind me of Pirate of the Caribbean)
Lord of the Shrooms: Fellowship of the your princess is in another castle Lord of the Shrooms: The two times your princess waz in another castle Lord of the Shrooms: The return of your princess is in another castle
Mario Potter and the Philosopher's Mushroom Mario Potter and the Chamber of Koopas Mario Potter and the Princess of Azkanother Castle Mario Potter and the Flower of Fire Mario Potter and the Order of the Toads Mario Potter and the Half-Blood Plumber Mario Potter and the Deathly Mushrooms
Plumber Wars: The Mushroom Menace Plumber Wars: Attack of the Toads Plumber Wars: Revenge of the Koopas Plumber Wars: A New Plumber Plumber Wars: The Bowser Strikes Back Plumber Wars: Return of the Plumber Plumber Wars: The Mushroom Awakens Plumber Wars: The Last Plumber Plumber Wars: The Rise of the Mushroom
Bowser's nothing if not over-the-top dramatic. Sure he kidnaps the Princess and does evil, but when it comes to his nemesis, he always makes sure to set the stage for an epic boss fight. He might be a villain, but he's a villain with some true style and class
0:00-0:05 did anyone else recognize this split second leitmotif towards the beginning of the mario movie, when mario was getting fed up with the pipes? the attention to detail blows me away!
Harrison Betker I know right? People need to stop comparing something as perfect as Super Mario Galaxy to the laughably disappointing cash cow that was Modern Warfare. Smh my head
I didn't play Mario Galaxy, so I heard this music for the first time in a video showing Game of Thrones timeline (like mapping). I was shocked when I found out this is from Mario.
I wanna see Mario and bowser ACTUALLY fight. Mario always uses things to help him. Like if Mario fought him without weapons, just his plain old self, that would be epic.
I remember nerdy little ten year old me swinging my Wii remote as hard as I could while screaming, "HERE ENDS YOUR RAIN OF TERROR BOWSER!!" All while this music was blasting from the TV. I remember my brother walking into the room with that "What the heck" look on his face. Good times
PsychicCirno , I guess I’m in the minority, but I never had trouble with any of the bosses in this game. Even Bouldergeist which everyone claims to be super difficult, I beat him first try and no health lost. I’m not saying I’m great at the game tho 😂 there are alot of parts that shouldn’t have been hard for me
Man remember when bowser felt like a threat back in the old days especially how intense the music for bowser in this game?,at least in bowser’s fury made bowser felt like a huge threat again
bowser's _always_ been a huge threat, it's just mario is that epic that he can defeat him. can you imagine what it would be like to have to fight King Bowser as just a _normal person?_ we would get easily slaughtered lol
Super mario Galaxy was when bowser was (in my opinion) at his most evil, He literally was making an entire galaxy that would consume mario's and others, creating a world without mario
Mario: it's a over Bowser, I have the high ground!! Bowser: you underestimate my powers!! Mario: Don't a try it!! Bowser then jumps onto the spot where Mario is standing on, and gets his tail burned.
Bowser: "where is my son? is he safe? is he alright?" Kamek: "yes." Bowser: "and my dark matter reactor?" Kamek: "it seems, in your anger..... you kinda destroyed it in your battle with mario." Bowser: "I-I COULDN'T HAVE....THE GALAXY WAS MINE, I _FELT_ IT! NOOOOOOOOOOO" *firey breath everywhere*
This makes me wish that Super Mario galaxy to be updated to have Hardmode: Concept is: Classic Mario health (1/2 Plus 1 with power up instead of 3/6) and 5x health on Bosses. Bowser is defeated too fast. He's like "Meh, I give up on 2 or 3 hits." Hardmode Daredevil Comet in concept would add 1 run or wait to reappear. It kinda feels like I'm ready for Super Mario Galaxy Hardmode just because it the game itself feels too easy.
THE GREAT SHROOMSHELL WAR (Opening Captions) It is a legend, no one will forget. everyone thought that King Koopa had left the mushroom kingdom for good. and then...HIS DOOMSHIPS ATTACKED. King Koopa was Back. With the greatest danger yet known....his koopa kids. Within weeks, the outer defenses were overrun. Though The 17th and 9th division, led by the respected and fearless Captain Toad, was able to fight an outnumbered and hopeless rearguard to allow most of the civilian population to retreat, it was obvious that Worlds 4 and 7 were lost to enemy forces by spring's end. By the 7th of Festival, Bowser's forces had driven back the Mushroom Kingdom to the heartlands and were nearing the heavily fortified capital city, Toad Town. Though the combined forces of World 2 and Princess Daisy were able to fight the Koopa menace to a standstill in the vast deserts of Sarasaland, the dry expanses and limited supply lines prevented significant reinforcements from reaching Peach's castle from the south, in what is now known as the march of thirst. Only Worlds 1, 2, and 5 still remained safely ours. As dire as the situation was, Princess Toadstool's stalwart and determined Leadership in the Kingdom's darkest hour can no doubt be recorded as instrumental in steeling the Mushroom people not to give up hope. Her insistence that lives be saved before equipment or territory maintained high morale, and in contrast Lord Bowser's forces begrudgingly lost significant troops and vehicles as they attacked in vain the outer fortifications tooth-and-nail. In a daring move, Bowser consolidated his flagships and best legions and cut a deep hole into the defenses. Most of his ships were destroyed, but The evil Destroyer of freedom and peace successfully captured the Matriarch of the Mushroom Kingdom before hastily retreating to his lines, and offered his ultimatum; surrender as indentured servants to the koopa people, or face total annihilation. the war seemed to be all but lost. Arriving from Brooklyn as soon as possible with the message for help, the heroic Mario brothers gather what power-ups they can and make a desperate attempt to rescue Princess Toadstool, restore order, and beat back the evil Tyrant's family....
I never played this game ever again after the first time. I don't remember why I didn't play it. And now I regret not playing through it just because of this.
