Un medley du jeux Super Mario Bros. NES de Nintendo joué par l'orchestre de jeux vidéos à la Salle Pollack de l'Université McGill, à Montréal, le samedi 29 juin 2013 sous la direction de Jocelyn Leblanc.
You already know the Overworld theme cover in this orchestra was based off of the Super Mario Sunshine Secret Course theme and I AM TOTALLY DOWN FOR IT
I've yet to meet any of those ungrateful little shits, but if I ever did I'd remind then that if it wasn't for the NES and Nintendo's brilliant marketing in 1985, there probably wouldn't be a video game industry as we know it (Thanks Atari) or at the very least a very different video gaming industry to the one we have today
Overworld theme has always been one of my faves, this has to be my favourite version!!!!. I wish they would do a new game with actual live music like this for the background music on the game❤️❤️❤️
I thought this worked out relatively well. I could see some problems with the conductor and some choices I wouldn't have made in terms of scoring, but considering- this actually pulled it off decently.
"I've been looking for an orchestrated version of Dr. Mario for years and I'm so glad I finally found it by accident in the middle of this video!!! Thx a lot!!💙
Man, people hate on Nintendo so much for making "Kid Games", but their games are some of the best I've played, to be honest. A lot of games present challenge (I'm looking at you Super Mario Bros. 2 [And the real one, not Doki Doki Panic]), and some are just really grand. And the music! Some of the best I've heard also!
Did you know Doki Doki Panic was created by Miyamoto's team initially as a prototype for a Mario game before the Dream Factory licence deal was struck? I've always felt the US Super Mario Bros. 2 was the better game and sequel. Super Mario Bros 2 Japan just felt like a rushed expansion pack, which it was lol.
Idc what anybody says but the first super mario bros music is the best Mario theme ever. Beats all other newer ones. This is the original. This is a legendary anthem.
