5:47 That is how this music sounds for a splt second every time mario collects an coin, it always mutes the Pulse 2.

why wouldnt it mute pulse 1? pulse 2 is the one with the nicer sounding melody

@@kickin_ass I think its mainly cause pulse 2 carries the actual melody and pulse 1 carries the "backing" melody. When you want to partially mute a soong, you get rid of the main melody

Although every pulse is not a square, every square wave is a pulse wave, so calling it pulse is accurate

I mean both Pulse 1 and 2 are both Square Waves, then Triangle is a Triangle Wave and Noise is... well noise, the same noise that you'd hear on an old broken TV that goes "SSSSSSSSSS" along a gray noisy image.
