This is the first time I've successfully done this glitch after hours of attempts. For a RU-vid video, I had to restart the entire star each time so the door to the boss fight would be shut.

This glitch allows allows you to access and finish the final boss fight with Yoshi.
-Take Yoshi to the pole that Mario is supposed to climb to access Bowser. (Since this glitch will probably take you more than one attempt, don't get the checkpoint flag near the pole so you can get Yoshi on the following attempts.)
-Infinite flutter onto the platform above the final checkpoint flag. (To infinite flutter, jump and hold A. Just after you start fluttering, tap Z and let go quickly, then immediately let go of A and repeat until you reach the top. Don't take too long to press Z.)
-Get on top of the gold asteroid projectile, and dismount Yoshi. Quickly ground pound to open the seals on the door, and mount Yoshi again before he disappears.
-Continue on to the battle.
-When the gold asteroid projectiles appear in the actual battle, go just above the center of the white design, dismount Yoshi there, ground pound to hit Bowser, then wait a little less than a second, and shake the Wii remote. You should re-mount Yoshi in midair. You don't absolutely have to do this until the fourth hit, but it's good practice.
-At the fourth Bowser hit, you'll need to mount Yoshi in midair by using the method described above, before the cutscene starts. If done successfully, continue on and grab the Grand Star. (In the section where you grab the Grand Star, if you infinite flutter to Bowser's chair, it is not solid. Also, you can fall here and still keep Yoshi.)
-In the next segment of the battle, Bowser has to be hit four more times. Hit him three times.
-For the last hit, dismount Yoshi at the edge of the white design on a golden asteroid projectile, ground pound to hit Bowser, immediately ground pound again, then shake to mount Yoshi if you don't land on him from the ground pound. This, again, needs to be done before the cutscene starts.
-If you did this entire glitch successfully, congratulations! It's pretty difficult.
