Well, the production is not up to snuff with the recent Super Mario games (that might just be the "80s" showing), but this does have that orchestral/big band flair.

This song is important to me, it had such an important part of my childhood 10+ years ago, it cheered me up when I was feeling down and helped me believe in the rainbow waiting behind the clouds.
