Possibly the craziest thing I've done in this game. Prior to playing this level, the level had 17 clears total, but after this it has gone up to 87. I have cleared the solo level literally 70 times before getting this run. Obviously levels can't be uploaded anymore so I just decided to play the level as it is, if uploading was still a feature I likely would have just created a level that is the overworld twice in a row, but instead I just went for the whole thing. Eternal Space is a genuinely fantastic level and if you still have access to SMM1 I highly recommend people to play it. Shoutouts to Val, probably my favorite level creator.
Something I found very interesting while doing this is just how much nerves affect your playing. There have been moments where I died to the chomp room, then got there literally the next attempt because I wasn't nervous at all, since it was a dead run. I also died once to the chomp room on the second time around. It was kinda funny.
I was also randomly in a call with GoodName playing this level for like 5 hours straight on my first day back. If he wasn't there I probably wouldn't have decided to do this, so thanks to him too.
