The time starts the frame the level loads and ends the frame the ribbon disappears for a final time of 59.767. I have beaten this with this run( ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Dr9slXlzgI4.html) and plan to do much more with this game soon.
I have a slightly better run on here, and I did an even better one offline. It's hard to change this route as getting through the spikes without damage is very hard and messes up other patterns a little(due to second groll damage boost)
You can't play this fangame on console. Only PC or android(I'll add links later). There are the original games by nintendo that you could download/buy. MM1(downloaded by wii u usb helper) can be installed on a modded wii u(even if only temporarily modded using the web exploit). MM2 I would recommend you buy for $60 as you won't be able to play online on a modded switch(I'm not an expert on switch modding I'm just saying what I heard as I don't even have a switch). If you want a tutorial on how to install to wii u, my wii u got fixed yesterday and i might be able to make wii u content. I won't have a modding tutorial unless I can get another console though(and have the spare change to buy it lol). Hope this helped in some way.
