Cake flour 75g
Milk 50g
Vegetable oil 60g
Honey 30g
Egg white 5pcs (use 60-65g/egg)
A few drops of lemon juice
Caster sugar 60g
Water 450ml (for water bath)

** Bake at 150C/300F for 60 mins
