I made this for a treat on meatless Monday and LOVED it! Whole kitchen smelled great! I did not add optional fruit /nuts. Bread was moist AND delicious! Thank you for this easy recipe!!
Baked today and the best I ever baked! Moist, flavorful and so good! I accidentally added the dry to the wet ingredients and it still turned out great! (65 mins at 350).

I was looking for a simple banana bread recipe and decided on yours. I had coconut milk so I used that. I reduced the sugar from 1 cup to half cup. I added blueberries after dusting them with a small bit of flour. Bread was awesome

I followed the video...even watched it two times ( so far ). I had the bread in the oven and thought I was Joe Cool because I added chocolate chips. It was time to start cleaning up and as the bowls were headed to the sink......" the eggs! ". The bowl of eggs was still on the counter! Out came the bread...everything back in the mixing bowl and I added the eggs. Reset the timer and now.....fingers crossed! tHanks for a great video! Happy Easter to all!

Hi racquel ! well i have to give you judos on this recipe. made it to your specs except i didnt add the cinnamon. made 2 loafs . my wife who hates banana bread humored me and ate a pc. then 2 more pcs. she said i dont like banana bread but that was delicious!! im making to more tonite!! thanks again!!!! o yeah i smear the side with either cream cheese of butter before i eat mine....DELISH
