The name must come from this! en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Out-of-... I tried to beat it by riding up and down the inside of the object, but I'm not sure you're even supposed to do that.
For the first time ever, I finished Master Extra in Super Monkey Ball 2. (I beat the Master levels from SMB2 in Super Monkey Ball Deluxe last year, but not the Extra levels.) To celebrate, I rendered some replays (created and recorded actual hardware) in the Dolphin emulator.
Dolphin settings:
1080p (3x Native)
60 fps
8x Multisample Anti-Aliasing
16x Anisotropic Filtering
"Crop" to 16:9 enabled (I may have been better off with this disabled, for a non-cropped image.)
