In this episode we take a look at some facts, secrets, and history of Super Monkey Ball. Super Monkey Ball is a series of arcade puzzle-platform games developed by Amusement Vision and distributed by Sega. The game debuted in Japan in 2001 as an upright arcade cabinet simply titled Monkey Ball. Although it was planned to be ported to the Dreamcast, it was later released as one of Japan's three Nintendo GameCube launch titles.

*Just to give you an expression how HARD Super Monkey Ball 1 is:* Super Monkey Ball for the GameCube is the first game I've ever played, I started playing at around the age of 3. Sweet nostalgia... I've always kept the game and I still have it to this day. I've beaten the Master floors for the first time 1 week before my 15th BIRTHDAY! *It took me my entire life of experiance to beat this game!!*

RandomNPC Is a good question. Plants that create fruits are some of the youngest types of plants, however internal insemination in animals (this is what lead to the creation of the penis and vulva) is a lot older than that as far as I can tell. dodopod Fruits are closer to placentas than genitals I think you are thinking of flowers which are sexual organs of flowering plants that eventually lead to fruits.

Thank goodness the gameplay in this video was all from the good titles in the Monkey Ball series. Also, am I the only one who really wants a 3DS/Wii U port of Super Monkey Ball 2? I love to speed run the game (Geoff got me speed running for years) and it'd be interesting to bring the game with me on a 3DS or see it in the latest gen console

Fun fact: Inputting the Konami Code at Super Monkey Ball's title screen changes the title from "SUPER MONEY BALL" to "SUPER NICE TRY"

When I was playing the levels in Mario Galaxy. That has you roll around on top of the balls to get to the finish for the star. I told my friend this is like playing Super MonkeyBall except your rolling on top of the ball navigating to the finish line and not inside it. Those levels in Mario Galaxy took days sometimes weeks to get to the end. Kept falling off the cliff even when I try to slow down to go around the corner in one.

The cabinet was the first actual videogame I've ever played. I never knew it was actually the first Monkey Ball game, I always thought it was a port with less levels and no GonGon. Still my dearest series.
