I've finished reading Beltorchika's Children manga, so the reason why the Hi-Nu does a chop instead of Lalah's swan is because Hi-Nu does a karate chop on Nightingale's head, damaging it and exposing the cockpit ball inside it.
Took a look at it, can confirm. Kinda wish they found a way to make that chop look more impactful than what it is, despite the fact that it's already hard to do so since in the manga, the chop is essentially taking a bit off the top.
This is novel Amuro, not Movie Amuro. You'll understand when you go through the story. V's Amuro is movie Amuro who gets back with Chan. X is Movie Amuro too as Hi-Nu is created in the Al-Wrath.
Hi Nu's cool and all but I'm definitely in the camp of finding the Nu Gundam just looking so much better animation wise. It's just a jaw dropping difference if you ask me. But Hi Nu's got that power tho.
I'm guessing the swan's gone because it's not basically post-plot like it was in X (I dunno, did the Axis drop already happen in X?), so it doesn't make sense for Amuro to go Psychoframe overdrive before the final battle. If they're bringing back the swan in a later game, I'd rather it go to a stronger All-Range Attack where Amuro re-enacts the Axis push as an attack or something. Take a page out of Billbine's Aura Shoot. Besides, it never sat well with me that the last thing we see before the swan in X was the hand vulcans, it didn't really connect well with the swan right after (I didn't even realize that the swan was supposed to mean the Hi-Nu's Psychoframe is going nuts, it came out of nowhere).
Thus is the novel version that's why. And yeah, X is post plot movie. Amuro and Char are revived from death so more intune with it and Hi-Nu was created in Al-Wrath.
Sctvita5130 he’s a secondary antagonist in the original gundam, secondary protagonist in gundam Z where he went by the name Quattro and main antagonist in Gundam char of the counterattack
It's the other way around. Unicorn vs Neo Zeong is reminiscent of the events in the book where Amuro used the Hi-Nu's fists to open Nightigale and expose Char's cockpit.
I can't put Amuro in Hi Nu Gundam. It is animation are heavy and lacking lots of details. Nu Gundam wins by far in terms of animation and attacks which suits Amuro's style more. Gyunei you can have Hi Nu Gundam for now till it gets decent attacks.
@@dondaketype8811 Exactly, they don't have much references for Hi Nu but that also give them the chance of making their own Hi Nu Gundam with original cool animations and attacks.
I think hypothetically, if they had been willing to put the time in, that they could have made Hi-Nu's animations better I agree with A A. Even if there's no canonical animated version to draw inspiration from, Hi-Nu's still basically just an upgraded Nu Gundam and what makes Nu's animations so great is that they paid attention to that kind of "360 degree range of combat" that's emphasized so much in CCA, where Nu's sending funnels and shots not only straight in front but below and above, and is zooming around everywhere, and I don't see why they couldn't have applied that to the Hi-Nu and just added more of its weapons. Also, they really capture that he uses a lot of strategy. Though Hi-Nu does have that cool Bazooka animation where he shoots the ammo cartridge(?) here, but more of that would have helped too. It was probably more just time and budget, because Nu Gundam's animations are pretty money; but it is still kind of a shame that Hi-Nu's animations in comparison are so straightforward. I don't believe that they couldn't have been more creative with its concept if the will or time had been there.
Kiyosuki Hi Nu gundam has the same/ similar animation in SRW X with the added swan. They removed it cause people was bitching around how it was “out of place” which is not honestly
Am I the only who would rather put Amuro in Hi-Nu Gundam of SRW Alpha 2, Alpha 3 and G generation genesis? Because this Hi-Nu just looks underwhelming especially the way it stands statically.
I love the alpha series hi nu because of it being closer to the original design of the hi nu Gundam. This version is the bandai remake and I never liked what they did to the hi Nu's backpack.
The new attack is cool though, it actually feels like a battle instead of someone getting hit. With char actually trying to dodge, them passing each other etc.
