Mario: "Hey guys! Remember that super awesome introduction we did that started an era of competitive content that defined platform fighter games?" The Other Original Fighters: "Yeah." Mario: "Wanna do it again for old time's sake?" The Other Original Fighters: *grabs all the recording and editing equipment and gets in position*
*ALERT ALERT* The evil Master Hand is attempting to take over Video Game Land. Only ONE team of heroes can save us now! Send in... THE SUPER SMASH BROTHERS!!
I have seen this like 5 times now and the only thing that still bothers me it's that dk misses his f-air to samus who then should tech it... otherwise I cannot find any other flaws
@@scrump11 got it. Seeing as you were so meticulous I knew there must be a reason... still it throws me off as I have seen the 64 opening like a million times. Good job nonetheless.
@@scrump11 I have pull the movement off in 64 with two controllers by myself(my brother helped me with the Samus tech cause I'm pretty sure it's impossible to do by switching controllers on the fly), but, yeah it's very difficult, and I have a lot of experience in 64, and the mechanics are quite different, so it's perfectly understandable
If they make a poll for the last dlc we must choose a classic pack. A n64-like skin for every character, n64 final destination and battlefield, and both sound effects, visuals and announcer converted too. Charge big bucks for it ($30 or so) but may the ultimate smash bros gets the ultimate 64 homage to close the doors!
@@nitinanku I was more or so talking about if you had like all the melee characters there’s a chance for the GameCube melee opening to play and vice versa for brawl and 64.
Most of the remakes of the intro of Smash 64 in this part, (0:39), always use the trailer of Smash 4, not here instead, and that makes it stand out from the others, good that
Man this makes me wish that when you completed world of light you would’ve gotten remakes of all the intros, and which ones you want to see when opening the game, like if it were My Music, I know that would take a lot of work but considering Ultimate has the theme of characters and their debut appearances it would’ve suited very well
100% skill + heart. The sheer effort and dedication put into this nostalgic work is so touching T^T Thank you for recreating a part of my childhood so skillfully :)
best one so far. i love it that you tried to make it as shot-for-shot as possible. i only wished you had someone to make the bedroom intro for you though (or that you yourself did if you're good with 3D), so it wouldn't clash. but hey, this is good enough as it is.
Wow! This is SOOOOOOOOOOO cool! I remember the Smash Bros. 64 intro fondly because it was such a HUGE part of my childhood, but I've never seen it before like this! This, what you made, is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Nice work!
An excellent way of showcasing the only default characters in Ultimate. Would be nice to learn one of these days as to why it was chosen to be the 8 Default Characters of the Original rather then the whole Perfect Attendance Crew.
NEET Kitten It’s long known of how things are handled in a Smash Bros. game with the Everyone is Here concept, but a callback to Smash 64 would refer to the Entire Perfect Attendance Crew more so then the Original 8. You don’t actually unlock the Fighters in the order they were introduced as fighters, it’s completely random.
Yo this is a complete master piece, 100% accurate in my book! I could imagine Masahiro Sakurai himself watching this and being in tears! I could watch this all day!😃👍
@@scrump11 Oh yeah that would be better wouldn't it, I didn't realize they changed the background a little from smash4... How did that work for Yoshi and Fox, characters with green on them? And why don't you make a side by side video! (before someone else does)
@@TIN_Tevlev The characters with green on them are usually a different enough shade to be excluded from the greenscreen. either that or you can mask certain areas to not have any effect. What do you mean side-by-side?
@@scrump11 Ah ok its interesting that even Fox's pants are a different enough shade. Side-by-side... like a second video where 1 corner has the smash64 intro and other other corner has your remake. I remade the brawl intro and did this, it works well!
