Game launched almost 6 years ago…I really played this through the entirety of high school, this whole game was even how I met a bunch of friends, and was the first fighting game I wanted to try playing competitively. Been following the series since Brawl[technically 64 was the first game for me] and and been loving every second of it. Just now coming to that realization after graduating, this whole series is one hell of a gift
I don't like most Nintendo games, but I don't hate them, I understand that they are not my genre and that they are great. But I must admit this: Nintendo Themes are MAJESTIC. Even when Nintendo games were in 8 bit the music was so epic and intense! For example the King Dee Dee Dee theme in Kirby Dreamland or Red in Pokémon Gold/Silver/Crystal, with a good music a battle can be epic, and damn, Nintendo knows how to do it!

God 2018 was a great year, I remember this was when I payed attention to companies and e3 and I was very hyped to see Halo and Smash. I screamed at Smash and looked for the song an hour later and I eventually found this and it didn't have that many views and I'm suprised it still doesn't

Brawl never really fit smash for me idk. I thought it was okay. Melee’s is so untouchable that I just don’t ever see it being topped. In my original comment I was mainly talking about the transition from 4 to this game, because I personally liked 4’s theme a lot.
I've had this theme stuck in my head ever since the reveal. I honestly love it so much, there's such a sense of beauty, wonder and epicness that I get from this song. I love the main melody and the way it builds towards the end, frigging awesome! :D :D

This theme rivals brawl, and evokes that ring of familiarity and wonder that the initial Melee reveal trailer had, all this needs is an epic unique intro movie to go along with it a la Melee!
I hardly express what I feel, but upon seeing the E3 I CRIED TEARS OF JOY. This game is everything I could ever want out of Smash and MORE. Truly... what a time to be alive!!
I feel like this is a super bitter sweet release. Sakurai already said how he wasn't planning on making another game. I hope he still enjoys what he does. If he doesn't enjoy making these games it really sucks.
Bro, this music got me so hyped when I first heard it. I was freaking out and now the DLC roster is full and if we want more Characters in smash, we’ll have to wait until the next smash game (if another is made for the next console).
