Hi teacher molly I hv follow your steps knead for 1/2 an hour and then put in the fridge overnite (no time) so tmrw take out and can I put back into the bread maker and continue to bake the whole process till the end 😊

Hi, i like this simple way so much! Can i know if I don't have milk powder, can it be replaced with something else eg fresh milk, condensed milk, or even chocolate powder ?
Hi Molly, can I just let the dough in the bread machine until it complete the whole process of dough making, it will take about 1 hour ( I am using Panasonic SD-P104). By then the dough should have risen to double the size right? Then I can straight continue with the rest of the steps as per your you tube?
Yup,you May do this way.The temperature of the first fermentation is best controlled within 27 degrees, so that the texture of the bread will be better. If it is placed in a bread machine, its fermentation temperature is relatively high, which will affect the organization of the bread. It's best to ferment at room temperature!

@@cp-ln3it It is very important to control the bread dough 's temperature. If the temperature of the dough exceeds 27 degrees during the first fermentation, the height of the bread will be affected by the final fermentation.💪
@@mollyskitchen7049 even though the bread is not rising but it taste really good. I tried again tonight n I will left it overnight to rest n rise. Hope the end product will be like yours 🤗 I hav been using your recipes via bread machine, all turn out good. This is first time using oven 😁😁
