If you fancy soft bread but have never tried baking soft bread, then this recipe is for you. On my channel I want to show that EVERYONE can make bread themselves.

Ingredients:
275 ml milk
75 g butter
500g flour
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 tsp salt
0.5 cubes of fresh yeast (alternatively: 1 packet of dry yeast)
some butter for the tin
some flour for dough processing
Preparation:
Mix the flour, sugar and salt in a bowl.
Warm the milk and the diced butter lukewarm in a saucepan.
Crumble the yeast into the milk-butter mixture and let it "ripen" for ten minutes.
Then pour them into the flour and stir everything into a smooth dough for about five minutes.
Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
Grease the tin (25 cm) thoroughly
Yeast dough on a floured work surface and knead it again.
Form a roll the length of the crate, place it in the tin and let the dough rest covered for about an hour. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top / bottom heat.
Put 500 ml of water in a fire-proof form and place it on the bottom of the oven.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Do not remove the toasted bread from the tin until it has cooled completely.
