We've got two very unique spruce beers are on the sampling table: Spruce DIPA from Black List Brewing, brewed with fresh spruce tips and fennel steeped in the whirlpool (then aged on medium toast white American oak; and Einstök Winter Ale, brewed with whiskey-cured spruce tips and smoked Icelandic malt. Two fun approaches to brewing with spruce!
