I remember this one comment someone left saying that he will always associate this song with his girlfriend because she mained Cammy whenever they played Street Fighter with each other. His girlfriend passed away, so I wonder what he's up to these days.
Menart D I just said because she has been harden, as in clearly defined, less sympathetic. She's was still an adolescence so she was a kid that had a form of high hopes now as an adult those hopes are shattered and she has become apathetic.
Theshark15z. Well she hardened herself to be able to do her mission. She still has good times. Her SFV arcade ending, the Delta Red force threw her a Bday party. The description said "she was distance at first. But as the party went on, she slowly loosened up her hardened attitude." Ironically showing her with smile on her face. She's been known to really loosen up around stray cats for some reason.....
This specific Street Fighter track brings back so many memories. This character used to be my girlfriend's main. We would always go 1v1 Balrog vs Cammy in Ultra SF II. We always played her stage because she loved the stage and its music. As a gift for her I did a quick file swap and I swapped USF II's rendition of Cammy's theme with the one in the OG Super SFII, as she loved this version much more. I lost my girlfriend a few years ago. I stayed with her until I saw her dear life leave her body. All I said was: "Drill kick 'em up in heaven, dear." Listening to this it makes me remember her and all those moments I've had with her until she passed. Thank you Capcom.
@@afxboc Thank you for your kind words, Marc. Yes, not meaning to brag or anything (absolutely not) but she seemed to be the happiest woman ever when she was with me. She even told me about it a few times. I treasure my memories and my moments with her with the equivalent of value of all the money in the world. She will never be forgotten, we shall reunite in heaven. Then I'll Buffalo Dash 'em up in heaven with her. And I'm doing fine. A bit worse than when I was with her due to personal issues but I'm still going.
Pretty much every official Cammy theme is awesome, but this version really stands out. It's so upbeat, cheerful but also a little somber, while being...optimistic. In other words, it tells the story of the character herself. Just a masterful composition all around.

I think cammy is my favorite female street fighter because her moves are really fast and fun to pull off, her individual story is one of redemption, and she is just a cool character
@The Krookodile Hunter why would there be a need for a new stage? The only new rep was Ken who is classified as an echo, not even K.Rool or Ridley got stages.
@@travosk8668 I just used this image because I like Cammy in Bison's style... But it has connection with the story. In SFA3 we see she was a Bison's doll and her song theme there is called Doll Eyes. I've made this remake too.
I wasn't around when this game came out but i just have to appreciate the detail and effort that went into making a 2D game look 3D. There was a lot of shading that went in to cammy's figure. It looks three dimensional! Even the stage looks like it has depth. The creators really put time into this. This was really ahead of it's time. I love the graphics.

I always loved Cammy with those tails, those legs and those killer fighting moves, but since I saw her ending in SFII being Bison's former lover and after that having heard about her being a Shadaloo doll, she became way more mysterious and "interesting". This OST has always summed up those traits, mystery, beauty and a sort of tragedy behind her otherwise spriteness and kickass ruling
Eu adoro essa música da Cammy, porque como ela é britânica, na Europa, na época que essa música foi composta, estava em alta o que chamamos de “Synth pop”. Exemplo desse estilo de música é “Voyage Voyage” da Desireless. Enquanto nos EUA 🇺🇸 o pop rock e o disco dominavam.
Dont think SF2 ever became stale..but this update made almost 30 yrs ago was much needed. I remember hers was the first stage I played on this, and with the updated animations, stages and color palette of cps2 with Qsound and remixed music, and new characters felt fresh, even if the original 12 only recieved minor to moderate tweaks...made me hyped to reinvest handfuls of quarters again...
Can't decide if Cammy's SFIV theme is the best or this classic Cammy theme here... This kinda reminds me of the first time I heard Cammy's theme... I fell in love with it back in 2013... I guess classic is golden :-D
Old school ladies were the most good-looking ladies because it was a healthy generation. Old school, a time when people where real people and women ladies were real ladies. Relationship where better with more fun not like in today's days because it's more than horrible worse than hell.

Remember this theme pumping in the arcades way back when so it brings back a lot of memories :) Never really played much Street Fighter but loved watching the arcade regulars challenge one another - one guy was SUPER GOOD with Cammy and I heard this music a lot. Wow, memories :P
