These are great exercises, Pierre, and I'll no doubt try them ASP. As can be seen, I'm a 55 years old guy, who achieved through plyometrics a 28 inch vert. Of course, there's still room for improvement, which I intend to achieve by doing some weight training and -- resorting to Pierre's doomsday weapon -- taking my shirt off.

Typically boxers don’t do much jumping inside the ring but it can’t help to have explosive power in the legs as that’s where punching power comes from

@@ReubenToussaint-lk9fs The more you sprint the better you'll get at it, intensive plyometrics are useful to supplement to create explosive power, which will translate into greater ROFD aiding in acceleration/sprint speed
