Obviously catching this video 3 yrs late. How's the car been as far as reliability? What made you go supercharged vs turbo? I have an 07 I want to fi . Motor is stock right now looking to beef it up some with intentions on changing the bottom end down the road. Amy tips or advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Nitish, now I know why you were saying IS-F was not a big enough upgrade for you and need a TT AMG cuz you hiding this surprise from us! Good choice, if only I had space to keep cars I would rebuy my G coupe and keep it with the IS-F

Yo, I won an auction IS-F from Canada of all places! Hope its not rusted up. Will prolly mod it to get it to as close to 500 hp as possible. Will give the G one last thrashing of a drive before I turn in the keys to someone else.

Nah you should be good with how light the G35 is. Lexus has similar hp and torque as you but weighs about 400-500 lbs more than you. Now if it is a a fully bolt-on, tuned IS-F that would be hard to beat.

I'm so jelly. My G has similar mods, no supercharger though :/ Quick question: Does your TDX exhaust come with the resonator or the straight pipe? I have the same exhaust on mine but sounds just slightly different.

its the tdx2 as sold by motordyne exactly as advertised. also the supercharger changed the sound of the md drastically

lol If you're referring to Mustang GT's you might wanna think again. New 5.0's FBO can put down 450 RWHP easy. Supercharged we are into the 600's

Not referring to supercharged gts or actually newer models in general. New gt's dont even put 450 on the wheels? This car has close to 500 crank hp and can pull on gt's is all im saying.

I said FBO (Full Bolt On) GT's. A FBO Coyote 5.0 can easily make 450 to the wheels with no forced induction.

xXDaMasta18Xx no replacement for displacement. I love my g35 coupe but there's no point in spending a couple thousand on forced induction when I can get something faster from the get go

well put it this way a G costs 5k and a vortech kit costs 3k even all in 10k installed you are at 15k.. a 5.0 is 40 grand for a new one or maybe in the 30s here at least for the 2013 and it makes roughly same power. of course you can mod the 5.0 and make more power no doubt but you also spent a lot more money. Dont worry i'll do a pull with a 5.0 soon enough and have it for you guys :)

YOU NEED A TUNE!!!!!! Your AFR's SHOULD not be 13.9, that is N/A AFR's.

this was literally seconds after the tune.. 13.9 is on load which is tuned slightly on the rich side for safety since rich is better than lean

Gas 14.7 E-10 14.08 E70 10.7 E85 9.85 E100 9.00 You want to be close to those numbers when your cruising around or at idle. Once you get into boost you want to richen it up to help prevent knocking and keeping the keep your cylinder temps down. How much timing have you pulled.

we use 94 octane here . I used to see 12.3 or something at full throttle. my idle afr are fucked they are like 15+ but my tuner was saying its fine.. when cruising on load i think they are usually between 13.5 and 14.7 or something
